Changing and Verifying Your Email
Your email address is an important part of your Kanvie account. It's used for account recovery, notifications, and security alerts. During account creation, your email needs to be verified, but you can update it later if needed.
Email Verification During Sign-Up
When you create your Kanvie account:
- You'll be asked to provide an email address
- A verification email is sent to confirm it belongs to you
- Verification ensures you can access and recover your account
Updating Your Email After Account Creation
- Go to the Me 👤 tab in the bottom navigation bar of your Kanvie app
- Go to Settings ⚙️
- Tap Account → Email address
- Enter your new email address
- Tap Save ☑️
- You'll receive a verification email at your new address, with the instructions to confirm
