Tracking Your Steps

Steps are a key part of your daily activity, helping you understand your movement patterns and reach your fitness goals. On Kanvie, steps are automatically tracked via Apple Health or Health Connect. They cannot be entered manually.

How Step Tracking Works

  • Kanvie reads step data from your connected devices:
    • Apple Health (iOS)
    • Health Connect (Android)
  • Your steps are automatically synced and displayed in your diary and activity metrics.

Viewing Your Steps

  1. Open your Diary 📖
  2. Scroll to the Steps category
  3. Steps appear grouped by source
  4. You will see:
    • One total amount of steps across all sources
    • A total amount for each individual source on that day
