Tracking Your Weight

Tracking your weight is a core part of monitoring progress toward your fitness and health goals. Kanvie allows you to track your weight manually, or to automatically import it from Apple Health or Health Connect, including data from various smart scale manufacturers.


How Weight Tracking Works

  • You can add weight measurements manually, directly in the app.
  • Multiple entries can be logged per day, so you can track changes throughout the day if needed.
  • Each entry is recorded in the Weight category of your diary and contributes to progress charts and summaries.

How to Log Weight

  1. Open your Diary đź“–
  2. Scroll to the Weight category
  3. Tap the + button next to the category
  4. Enter your measurement and optionally add a timestamp
  5. Save your entry

Importing from Apple Health or Health Connect

If you want to automatically receive weight readings from your smart devices, Kanvie supports pairing with Apple Health and Health Connect. This lets you consolidate measurements from smart scales or other compatible devices or apps without manual entry.
