We take intellectual property rights seriously. If you notice content, such as a profile, recipe, or workout on Kanvie, that violates trademark or copyright rules, you can submit a report for review.


What Counts as a Trademark Violation

You can report content that:

  • Uses someone else's registered brand name or logo without authorization
  • Misrepresents a product or service as belonging to a trademark owner
  • Infringes on a registered trademark in a misleading or unauthorized way


What Counts as a Copyright Violation

You can report content that:

  • Uses someone else's work without permission (text, images, videos, or music)
  • Copies or reproduces copyrighted material without authorization
  • Distributes content in a way that violates copyright laws


How to Submit an Intellectual Property Report

  1. Open the profile, recipe or workout in question
  2. Tap the ⋯ (More) button
  3. Select Report → Intellectual property
  4. Follow the on-screen instructions to submit your report


How Kanvie Handles Intellectual Property Reports

  • Reports are reviewed by a dedicated moderation team trained to handle intellectual property concerns
  • If content is found to infringe on copyright or a trademark, it may be removed, restricted, or modified
  • Kanvie may request additional information from the reporting user if needed
