We take intellectual property rights seriously. If you notice content, such as a profile, recipe, or workout on Kanvie, that violates trademark or copyright rules, you can submit a report for review.
What Counts as a Trademark Violation
You can report content that:
- Uses someone else's registered brand name or logo without authorization
- Misrepresents a product or service as belonging to a trademark owner
- Infringes on a registered trademark in a misleading or unauthorized way
What Counts as a Copyright Violation
You can report content that:
- Uses someone else's work without permission (text, images, videos, or music)
- Copies or reproduces copyrighted material without authorization
- Distributes content in a way that violates copyright laws
How to Submit an Intellectual Property Report
- Open the profile, recipe or workout in question
- Tap the ⋯ (More) button
- Select Report → Intellectual property
- Follow the on-screen instructions to submit your report
How Kanvie Handles Intellectual Property Reports
- Reports are reviewed by a dedicated moderation team trained to handle intellectual property concerns
- If content is found to infringe on copyright or a trademark, it may be removed, restricted, or modified
- Kanvie may request additional information from the reporting user if needed
